Sharayah Carter graduated from the Flinders University’s Nutrition and Dietetics degree, with honours, in 2007. Sharayah is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with extensive experience in the private sector, working for MyHealthOnTrack in many GP clinics around Adelaide. Sharayah has a special interest in Type 2 Diabetes and is currently running a research trial at the University of South Australia testing the effects of the 5:2 diet in this population. Sharayah enjoys empowering individuals to achieve optimal health goals via behavioural change to improve diet and lifestyle.
Other areas of interest for Sharayah are weight management, CVD and IBS (GIT intolerance).

Work experience
Marcela was an athlete for 19 years and this motivated her to become a Dietitian in the sports field.
She has 3 years of experience as a Dietitian at the Swimming League of the State of Antioquia, Colombia. Also, she was the Dietitian of the gym of the swimming league that was providing their services to the general public. In Australia, she has 2 year experience working in private practice at Flinders University and with the RAAF at Edinburgh. Currently she is working with Danny’s place, the RAAF, Menuconcepts and 360ºme.
